JENSO STORAGE FEES

ATTENTION VALUED CUSTOMERS
RE: STORAGE OF FURNITURE AND CUSTOMER'S OWN MATERIAL (C.O.M.)
This is an official notice from JENSO Upholstering Inc. in Oakville, Ontario
________________________________________
Recently, it has become an issue with our clients taking advantage of our good nature by leaving their finished projects with us for an extended period of time. Given the size of our small shop, this must be addressed immediately. Effective as of 6pm on Friday, November 16, 2012, the practice of leaving finished projects with us free of charge will stop.
When your items are complete, you will have no more than a week from the time/date of completion to pick them up. Additionally, if you drop off projects and have not made a deposit on a work order, you will be charged storage fees until the deposit is made. All storage fees are as follows:
• Ottoman: $10.00 per day each piece
• Dining Chairs: $10.00 per day each piece
• Occasional Chairs: $15.00 per day each piece
• Sofa: $25.00 per day each piece
• Loveseat: $25.00 per day each piece
• Sectionals: $50.00 per day each piece
Payments are now to be made when the product is picked up, with no exemptions. At this time, all extra charges (storage fees, etc.) will be added to the customer's invoice. We are allowing a one-week window upon completion of the project before these charges are enforced.
All new projects undertaken at JENSO will not start until a deposit of 50% has been made.

Regarding C.O.M. (Customer's Own Material)
When you choose the option to supply your own material, we are NOT responsible for the performance or lack thereof. Purchasing materials through our shop allows you to avoid issues such as application problems. It is a common misconception that any fabric can be used on any piece, which is not the case. We will only guarantee the workmanship for six months when using C.O.M.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and hope to continue to have a long-term business relationship.
